Ohhhhkaaayyyyyyyy.......

It appears the Yankees are gonna may charge a Red Sox fan with trying to work ill-intentioned magic.

Or maybe littering, who knows.

Trost said the Yankees had discussed possible criminal charges against Castignoli with the district attorney’s office.

“We will take appropriate action since fortunately we do know the name of the individual,” he said.

A spokesman for Bronx District Attorney Robert Johnson said Sunday he did not know whether any criminal charges might apply.

Soo.....if they do, and they win, does that mean the court recognises that magic exists?

I find it interesting that Levine says that burying a shirt is a "very, very bad act." Is he unaware of our worlds current issues? Wonder how he would decribe other things going on in the world if a frickin t-shirt being burried under their stadium is not very but "very, very bad"...lol

Can you tell I'm not a big Yankees fan? lol

I'm not a big anything fan, sports-wise; I just found it interesting that someone seems to think that a magical act is subject to prosecution!

"But Judge! He tried to HEX us!"

"A spokesman for Bronx District Attorney Robert Johnson said Sunday he did not know whether any criminal charges might apply."

This is attorney-speak for "There IS nothing we can prosecute this guy for, but I can't actually say that to the stupid press who have come up here looking for a quote because the people in my constituancy might decide to hate me if I don't press charges because people are stupid that way, so hopefully I can give them this quote and the whole thing will blow over and these stupid Yankee-fan press people will leave me the fuck alone."

“We will take appropriate action since fortunately we do know the name of the individual,” he said.

So the appropriate action referenced there would be...doing nothing until everyone forgets about it?

Sounds good from here!
