I'd add 'Happy Solstice' to the greetings, because it's the Earth's tilt on it's axis relative to it's rotation around the sun that's the reason for the season, and 'Hot coco and cookies' and 'mittens and snowflakes' to the symbols of the season, as it's all about the baking and the playing in snow for me.
