State clearly when you expect payment by (I go with 3 days max because I hate waiting). Always use delivery confirmation so you don't get screwed. If yer not accepting refunds, state that somewhere. Also, if they don't request insurance, say yer not responsible for USPS malfunctions.
I had a Word doc with my list and now I can't find it! I kinda just browsed other listings to see what they said and then ganked the terms of sale that I needed to save my behind. :) I just don't trust sellers or buyers on eBaby.
