It looks not-too-bad out with the snow layered over the ice, and the street-clearing trucks are out, so I should be able to get to work just fine tomorrow morning.

Right now?

I'm going back to bed.

It's pretty bad when your ad-aware will let you download a game app that gives you crazy amounts of pop-us, but won't you uninstall said app!

Yes, I did get it uninstalled, after I figured out just what was going on.

In other news, mixed a bottle of Thieves' Oil to set aside and let it mature.  This one seems to be a bit heavy on the Rosemary.

I seem to be on a Rosewood kick; after letting this bottle mature for two years, I've developed two blends in as many days with it and working on a third.  Did a total of five blends today, two that are favorites for me and three to experiment with.

I find this a bit odd:  the place where Emily's truck sits has a lighter coating of snow, in the shape and size of the truck, than the surrounding area when she left at least 8 hours before the snow arrived.

As far as I can remember, this is the first Dec 25th I've spent completely alone.  There may have been one when [livejournal.com profile] tultema  was in KC with [livejournal.com profile] greeneyedtengu for winter break, but I'm not certain.  Didn't even realize that until I saw that someone else had posted it (she said Christmas).  Would have been nice if I could get some Lemon Chicken (or Cashew Chicken), but even the local Chinese restaurant is closed today.  Meh, gonna pack lunch for tomorrow and hit the hay; I'll want to get going early to allow for road conditions.  Hopefully I'll be able to do near-normal speeds, but not counting on it!
