I've been wanting more time to devote to "the business", i.e., Fifth House.....

We got the word today.

The plant is closing in 60 days.

I didn't want it to disrupt things for so many other people, though!

Light a green candle for me, starting a job search and dusting off the resume...if I can even find it.....

A percentage of hardware on a military contract must be manufactured in the US according to uncle sam (never mind the chips to populate ANYTHING ALL come from abroad), so it is likely that a contract supplying some thingy just finished up so the percentage of US based business can go down accordingly (no it doesn't HAVE to be the actual part for the MIL contract you were building, just a percentage of "manufacturing" based in the states).
