I have an easy three step system: 1. Have a friend ready to take notes. 2. Procure a large hammer, brick, or full box of books. 3. drop on foot. If this seems like too much work (or your insurance isn't paid up), just go over to my parents' house when my Mom is cleaning out the garage. She can curse like a sailor and at some point will go through steps 2 and 3 in the above three step system. It was quite the learning experience during my tender youth.
