Nota Bene:

I have no stake in this place/practitioner.
I did interview with Dr. Shannon when I first started looking for a massage room to rent -- he never called back even to let me know I did not get it.

I have discovered that all I need to do if I have a weak moment is to stand there and look at the prices over the cigarette counter. $6.49 a day? for the rest of my life? The very idea gets my Irish up.

Not everyone has their priorities in the same order you do, unfortunately (go read my posts under the smoking tag -- you'll know the one I mean when you see it!).

You know sweetie, I'm not sure what to say, beyond I'm sorry as hell that happened to you.

One of the reasons I gave someone at work for quitting smoking was that cigarette prices have gone up so much that it's a choice of break the addiction or eventually end up doing something dispicable. Because, sooner or later, addicts do dispicable things.

Once people quit buying tobacco and alcohol, what are they going to tax next?

It'd be one way to get 'em to decriminalize prostitution!

Or legalize pot? That might not be such a bad thing either...
