Pagan End of Life Preferences Survey
Jul. 22nd, 2006 09:08 pmYou are invited to take part in this special project. Please help spread the
word about this. This is the first time that we know of that Pagan end-of-life
preferences have been studied:
Pagan End of Life Preferences Survey
A study of life's end perspectives by Wiccan, Pagan, and Ecospiritual
Practitioners
A sociological study is currently being conducted to gather information
about end-of-life preferences for those who follow Wiccan, Pagan and Nature
Spirituality religious paths. This study was crafted by Rev. Nora
Cedarwind-Young, a Pagan hospice chaplain and minister doing advanced
studies with Circle Sanctuary, and Dr. Marilyn Stoner, Ph.D, RN.
This survey is 41 questions, and will take up to 90 minutes to complete.
The survey is anonymous, and the analyzed results will be submitted for
publication in nursing journals focused on end-of-life care.
If you have any questions about the survey or the study, or wish to receive a
paper copy of the survey, please contact Dr. Stoner at (909) 856-8166 or email
at research@....
Please strongly consider taking this survey: your participation is valuable in
providing hospice workers and nurses with information about our customs and
preferences.
Go to: http://www.circlesanctuary.org/endoflifesurvey/ to take the survey.
Thanks!
Feel free to forward this email and/or link on to friends, lists, websites, and
others who might be interested in taking part.
